A Timeless Pirelli Calendar
The Pirelli Calendar, also known as 'The Cal™,' is produced annually by the Italian tire manufacturer Pirelli since 1964 to mark time and capture the zeitgeist. It features artistic, often provocative photos by top photographers, celebrating human beauty and setting trends with its exclusive and high-quality production. The calendar is known for involving world-class models, celebrities, and icons. For the 50th edition of The Cal™ Pirelli enlisted the Ghanaian visual artist Prince Gyasi, we collaborated with Prince to design the layout and packaging for the calendar.

The vision we had for the packaging of the 2024 Pirelli Calendar was to create something unprecedented by incorporating the packaging as part of the calendar's presentation. The packaging would not only house the calendar but also serve as a frame for Prince Gyasi's amazing images. The calendar was designed to feature two separate images of each talent: one with the dates and the other without, allowing you to enjoy twelve framed original Prince Gyasi art pieces beyond 2024.
As part of the packaging design for the calendar, we also designed a limited run of cases that house the calendar with a cast of Prince Gyasi’s hand as the handle creating a deeper connection between the recipient and Prince Gyasi
