During the initial phase of this project, as we delved into understanding JA Group's approach to serving their clients, we identified some distinctive qualities. It became evident that the client held a central role in all of their actions. What sets JA Group apart is their unwavering commitment to more than just financial management; they genuinely prioritise their clients' overall well-being, including their mental and physical health. This revelation became the cornerstone for developing the brand strategy, positioning, and identity going forward.

Creating a new brand logo for JA Group presented a unique challenge. We needed to design a logo that would not only honour JA Group's heritage but also convey their vision for the future. The logo and visual identity had to feel fresh and modern, whilst seamlessly fitting within the corporate investment landscape and reflecting JA Group's brand values, which revolve around delivering tailored solutions that align with their client's objectives and placing their clients at the very heart of everything they undertake.

The new logo and identity system we crafted for JA Group embody their core values and emphasize the idea that the client is at the core of all their endeavours, acting as the central and most critical element that drives their activities and growth.

The strategy for JA Group's website was to create an online experience that demonstrated their expertise and services while also informing and inspiring audiences. One of the core values that underpin JA Group's vision for the future is to democratise investing and provide information on financial planning to everyone.

From the outset, we were very clear that we wanted to build a site that not only showcased what JA Group does but also educated visitors on the benefits of combining wealth and well-being when planning for the future. With this in mind, we created a website that was easy to navigate, and the content strategy was informed by the vision for the future. We established the "Prosper with Purpose Knowledge Center," which featured articles and white papers covering topics related to wealth and well-being, showcased client stories, and included a podcast that discussed subjects like the democratisation of investing, keys to financial freedom, and much more.

Aligning with JA Group's vision of democratising investing, the social media strategy focused on engaging and educating the audience on topics related to wealth, well-being, and financial planning.
